If you are unhappy with any purchase, you can either request an exchange or refund for the price of the product that is returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. 
If any product is damaged or faulty upon receipt/delivery, please email us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.  Notifications must be made within 14 days post-delivery. Notification can be made by email to info@theoldseadog.ie

Purchases In Store
If products purchased in store are unsuitable you have 28 days to return the items in saleable condition and we will issue a credit note to the value of the goods. Our credit notes have no expiry date.
